Ghee is a type of clarified butter — if you have ever watched Top Chef, you have probably heard about it without even realizing it. If you need to find it, do not worry. Any specialty grocery store should have it, especially any grocery store specializing in Indian foods.

Anyhow, what you want to do is warm up a little bit of ghee in a pan, using low heat. Just let it warm until it melts into a liquid — it ought not take longer than five to ten seconds. Let it cool down, then dip your finger into it and spread it on over your temples using a clockwise motion. Repeat this six times.

You will likely feel your temples pulsing as the ghee gets absorbed into your skin, which will in turn help your mind become relaxed and thereby improve your memory and concentration.
