If there is one thing that I know about Urinary Tract Infections it is that they can be treated and sometimes even cured with cranberry juice. Personally, I am a person that gets these type of infections a lot – no reason, I just have gotten them a lot in my life and cranberry juice is one of the sure-fire ways that I know of that can really prevent and truly cure Urinary Tract Infections. Whenever you are treating sunburns, the first thing that you should know is that you should quickly immerse the burn in cold water and add in a few drops of essential oil. Lavender oil is going to be the most effective treatment for sunburns as it gives off a very nice cooling effect for all of the minor burns, which is exactly what sunburns are. You can also mix Aloe Vera juice and lavender oil and apply the solution to your sunburn, as aloe promotes cell growth and decreases the pain. Oil that you can use is peppermint oil, as it is known for its cooling agent’s right inside the oil.
There are a few other essential oils that can be used, including chamomile, rose, tea tree, geranium and marjoram, however, the two listed above are the most popular!
De-stressing yourself is something that is extremely difficult, especially when you feel like you are under a lot of stress at any given time. Most of the time, stress leads to many other emotions from worry all the way to fatigue and that is why it is important for you to know how to make sure that you and de-stress yourself and find a way to relax. Relaxing is definitely something that you should learn how to do and it is not all that easy.
Meditating is by far the best way that you can relax or force yourself to relax. If you are the type of person that does not know how to meditate, just clear your head and focus you attention on your breathing and pretty soon, you will feel absolutely nothing … especially stressed!
Or, if you are not into meditating, take some time to yourself. Taking time away from your spouse, kids and animals is a great way to ensure that you really can de-stress yourself – I promise you will feel like ten million times better!
